Networking Group

If you are a direct sales rep that participates in vendor events and networking groups, then you have probably met hundreds of direct sales reps, collected hundreds of business cards and catalogs and have piles upon piles of each tucked away in some closet that is ready to rain down on you if you dare open it. But, out of all those hundreds of reps that you have met, some great connections have been formed and wonderful, genuine friendships as well.

Since I have been organizing events for several years now, I have developed some amazing friendships that make me to look forward to each and every event that I organize. For me, it has become so much more than just a chance to share my business with others, it's also a "Girls Day Out" for me and I know that the day will be filled with fun and laughter as well as a great event.

Here's the hard part about being in this business though. The people you want to hang out with? They are all busy with their businesses all the time. The only time you get to see them is at events and hopefully it's so busy that you don't get much of a chance to connect and talk shop. For this reason, I have organized a separate networking group for my vendors so that we have an opportunity to meet and share ideas, tips and tricks that have made our businesses successful.

This page will not only feature articles and great tips for direct sales reps. It will also include upcoming events and the vendors who are a part of my networking group so you can get to know them before you come to the event.

My name is Stacy and I have been organizing direct sales and small business friendly events in Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois for the since 2005. This has become a passion of mine because it allows me to connect with like minded women (and some men) from the area and share our companies, ideas and develop close friendships.
